Many people were dropped from roster due to their failure to respond to a mailing sent out by the crew. Those people will recieve another mailing that will explain to them what happend, why it happend, and what they can do to fix it.

It was decided not to persue efforts made in november regarding the crew neckerchiefs, but instead to post various versions of the neckerchiefs online for members to have a final say. Afterwards, a new draft amandment will be drafted and presented to the presidnt for approval. A copy of the previous amendment wiil be sent by Andres Martin to the President and to the secretary.

Trail work
It was announced to the crew by the president that the crew was invited by DE Tod Bullman to come down to camp whenever we could and do service. This excited us all and some even screamed with joy.
I suggested that if anyone fundraises and can prove they did for the crew at least an equal amount of the current dues owed, then that person(s) is considered fully paid. This was put to a vote and passed unanimously. Both Brian Russ and Desi Brown raised a substantial amount of funds for the crew and are hereby fully paid member for this year. As a side note I would Like to suggest that this motion be refined so that it will not allow members to have "roll over" dollars for future years.
Recycling
It was announced by Ass. Advisor that DE Todd Bullman had mentioned to him twice that the recyclables at the nature lodge need to disappear. Ass. Advisor Andres advises that the crew should take care of that recycling no just to fundraise, but also (as Advisor Gordon pointed out) to stay on the good side of the council on this matter. Don't forget that you are all little chippers!!!
Reunion
Good turn out. over 50 participants. including guest and staff veterans that had not shown in a long while. A ban was imposed by executive order of the president on live or dead animals as gag gifts. It was pointed out by COR Ken Rodgers that in 2010 the Crew will be turning 25! This will be our silver anniversary since our glorious founding in 1985. It was also suggested that special planning committee be formed for this event. Planning may include finding a larger venue that may be more central and not too expensive. comfy is also a requirement.
A matching donation will be made to St. James Episcopal Church in Monterey. The crew voted unanimously to approve a $50 dollar donatino to match Mike Poirier's donation, bringing the total to $100. This will be sent to Rev. Jeff Kohn in the form of a money order along with a thank you letter. Last year's donation was a mere $40.
I also suggested that the crew do some fundraising and work together with the whammies to have a booth at the 50th Annual Artichoke festival in castroville during the month of may (think hot fudge artichoke delight, roast leg of artichoke, and veggie burgers made from the finest ground choke). Deadline for vendor permits are in March. youth sounded interested. More information was needed to prompt any real action
Also, it was decided that the adults from the Crew Committee would figure out some solution for our checking account problem.
